The SudaEx app requires access to geographical location data to provide essential delivery services:

• Background Location: The app collects location data to enable real-time trip tracking for customers and assign nearby delivery orders to drivers, even when the app is closed or not in use.
• Foreground Location: Used to accurately identify pickup and delivery points, assist drivers in reaching destinations, and geographically document the delivery process.

4. Device Permissions

To provide our services efficiently, the app interacts with your device features as follows:

• Camera: Used only when you choose to take photos of documents or upload a profile picture.
• Photo Picker (Media): We use the standard system photo picker. We do not request full access to your photo gallery; you manually select only the specific files you wish to upload.
• Notifications: To send real-time updates regarding order status, security alerts, and messages.

5. Data Usage and Sharing

• Your data is strictly used to connect merchants with drivers and track shipments throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• No Data Selling: We do not sell your personal data to any advertising entities.
• Sharing: Necessary data is shared only with relevant trip parties (Merchant, Driver, Receiver) to complete the delivery. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all transmitted information.

6. Children's Privacy

SudaEx services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age.

7. Data Deletion and User Rights

We provide you with full control over your personal information:

• Access and Update: You can update your profile information at any time from within the app settings.
• Permanent Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data permanently at any time via the "Delete Account" feature in the app settings. Upon request, your personal data will be immediately removed from our active servers.
